Bordello
These images are extracted from what I call my “Bordello Series” 1990’s Brooklyn. A series comprised of women who own their sexuality, these are women that I know and pass through my studio frequently Raw, sexy and beautiful, they display in a rich yet simple way the exquisite complexity and fluid nature of female sexuality. In my bordello the power of the female body includes not only sex but also menstruating, pregnancy and breast-feeding and by extenuation “babies”.
These are all of equal importance in my mind.
